Please have ready:
- Your abstract title - The title should be short (no more than 12 words) but adequate to clearly identify the nature of the abstract.
- Author(s) - Abstract titles should be followed by authors’ first initial then surname (with the presenting author as the first listed author)
- Abstract text -The total word limit of 300 words excludes title and authors' names.
- Specify any known conflicts of interest
- Specify your nominated presentation format (*noting the final decision will be made by the program committee)
- The theme/themes - Those that most closely align with the content of your abstract (*noting the accepted abstracts may be re-categorised as the program is finalised)
- Biography - 50 words or less, plus the name, position, organisation and brief biography of any co-authors.

Presentations may be delivered live, pre-recorded and scheduled or pre-recorded and on-demand. *Please note that presentations will be allocated to the program taking into account author preference and balance of the program, and if deemed necessary the program committee may request that you consider an alternative presentation format.
